Did you know that you can rent the clubhouse at the Southwest Conservation Club for your special events? The Clubhouse contains a full kitchen and bar. Your rental also would include provided tables and chairs. This two-story facility is a great place for all your event needs.

Capacity: 200
Cost: 5 hour rental= $570 and includes both floors.

  • DJ/music must be set up downstairs
  • $75 for every hour over the 5-hour rental window
  • Cost includes 2 bartenders, or 2 security personnel if bar is not being used
  • Additional cost for bartenders/security personnel is $20/hr past the 5-hour rental window
  • Access to the clubhouse up to 24 hours in advance for decorating is included

Pop, coffee and kegs available for purchase:

If serving pop: $75 for 5 hours
If serving beer: kegs may be purchased from the club at $150 per keg (Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors light)
If serving coffee: $5.00 for a large urn that makes up to 36 cups (includes creamer and sugar)
