Did you know that you can rent the clubhouse at the Southwest Conservation Club for your special events? The Clubhouse contains a full kitchen and bar. Your rental also would include provided tables and chairs. This two-story facility is a great place for all your event needs.
Cost: 5 hour rental= $350 and includes both floors
(DJ/music must be set up downstairs)
($75 for every hour over the 5-hour rental window)
Pop, coffee and kegs available for purchase
If serving pop: $75 for 5 hours
If serving beer: kegs may be purchased from the club at $130 per keg (Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors light)
If serving coffee: $5.00 for a large urn that makes up to 36 cups (includes creamer and sugar)
**2 club bartenders must be present if serving alcohol: Cost is $100 for the evening (if renting longer than the 5 hours, there is a $20 and hour additional fee for the bartenders.)
If not serving pop or beer, two club members must be present for security. Cost is $100
