Don’t forget! You can rent the clubhouse at the Southwest Conservation Club for your special events!

Have a wedding, reception, birthday party, graduation, baby shower, bridal shower, or some other type of event coming up soon? You can rent The Southwest Conservation Club’s two-story facility for special events! The Clubhouse contains a full kitchen and bar. Your rental also would include provided tables and chairs.

Here is some information about rentals:

  • $200 deposit required at time of scheduling (refundable as long as no damage is done to property)
  • 5 hour rental costs $550 and includes both floors
    • $75 for every hour over of the 5 hour window
  • Total Capacity: 200
  • There must be 2 club personnel on the property during your rental. You have a choice of that being either 2 bartenders if you plan to use the bar or 2 security personnel if you do not use the bar.
    • Cost is $60/ per club personnel
    • $20 for every hour over the 5 hour window
  • Access to the clubhouse up to 24 hours in advance for decorating is included
  • Total rental cost is due 30 days prior to rental date

Pop, coffee, and kegs available for purchase:

  • Pop: $75 for 5 hours 
  • Coffee: $10.00 for a large urn that makes up to 36 cups (includes creamer and sugar)
  • Kegs: Purchase from the club at $175 per keg (Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors light)
  • No outside liquor allowed****
