Clubhouse Rental
Don’t forget! You can rent the clubhouse at the Southwest Conservation Club for your special events!
Have a wedding, reception, birthday party, graduation, baby shower, bridal shower, or some other type of event coming up soon? You can rent The Southwest Conservation Club’s two-story facility for special events! The Clubhouse contains a full kitchen and bar. Your rental also would include provided tables and chairs.
Here is some information about rentals:
- $200 deposit required at time of scheduling (refundable as long as no damage is done to property and contract terms are fulfilled).
- The hall may be rented at $110 per hour, for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Total Capacity: 200
- There must be 2 club personnel on the property during your rental. You will have bartenders if you utilize the bar or security if you do not utilize the bar.
- Cost is $15/ hour per club personnel.
- Access to the clubhouse for decorating will be discussed in advance.
- Total rental cost is due 30 days prior to rental date.
Pop, coffee, and kegs available for purchase:
- Pop: $75 for 3 hours plus tax
- Coffee: $10.00 for a large urn that makes up to 36 cups plus tax (includes creamer and sugar).
- Kegs: Purchase from the club at $175 per keg plus tax (Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors light).
- No outside liquor allowed****
